Brittco Managemnt LLC was formed in 2012 to complement the original organization, Dix Serveces which was formed in 1983 as a training and consulting firm.

 

our two principles are Mike Brittain, CAE & Francie Dix, CTC.  Combined we bring 65 years experience providing a variety of clients offering several core targeted services.

 

Michael (Mike) Brittain, CAE

Michael Brittain is the Owner and Managing Member of Brittco Management, LLC, a company formed to build and/or rebuild the foundational elements of associations and companies including financial/cash-flow; infrastructure/technology, and reinsertion into the marketplace. He is a Vice-President at Dix Services which manages associations. Was the President and Chief Operating Officer at National Association of Credit Management affiliate, NACM MidAmerica from March 1980 until April 2008 when he retire and President/C.O.O. for NACM Great Lakes Region, Inc. from June 2010 to May 2013. Mr. Brittain received the designation Certified Association Executive (CAE) certified by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) in 1994. He authored the chapter on Credit Applications/Credit Agreements in the Manual of Credit and Commercial Law and was Managing Editor of the annual publication from 2008 to 2011. He recorded two training sessions for the Credit Learning Center of NACM on Antitrust Compliance. He is a certified instructor for the National Institute of Credit and has consulted and written compliance policy for several companies. Prior to his career with NACM, Mr. Brittain worked as a Business Analyst for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and in sales for D&B. He is the author and editor of the textbook “Principles of Business Credit Management”. Mr. Brittain co-founded the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Subcontractors Association (ASA-OK), is Co-Executive Director of ASA of Texas and of Heart of Texas ASA and has served on ASA's National Attorney's Council.
